Customer Engagement Specialist
Under the direction of the Director of Creative Customer Solutions, you will be leading our inbound customer communication including managing customer requests and engagement. You will interact with sales, product, and marketing to triage, be a proactive problem solver and support our customers. You will be actively involved with creating a FAQ database for common customer inquiries, creating a knowledge base, and collecting feedback from customers on how to improve our products.
You are keen and interested in innovation in the VFX and gaming industries, constantly curious, and asking questions. This role could be the launching pad for a career in this exciting space.
2+ years of experience in customer success or support roles
Must have project management (Trello), G Suite, CRM (ideally Salesforce)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) in marketing, sales, engineering, admin, film, or gaming
Keenly interested professionally or personally in the VFX and gaming industry
Highly detailed oriented, organized, and self-directed
Nice to have:
Shopify or e-commerce experience
